Tender Opportunities: Lymington Sea Water Baths Restoration Project
Lymington and Pennington Town Council has secured funding from The National Lottery Heritage Fund to progress the next phase of the Lymington Sea Water Baths Restoration Project. Established in 1833, the Baths are one of the earliest surviving open-air seawater bathing facilities in the UK and remain an important part of Lymington’s heritage and community life. This development phase will include technical investigations and design work to RIBA Stage 2, heritage research, community consultation and engagement, and business and operational planning to help shape the long-term restoration and sustainable future of the site. The Council is inviting suitably experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams to tender for the four commissions listed below. The deadline for submissions is 1 September 2026.
