Retention of garage with room over
Mrs Wyatt-BuddRefusal Recommended (4)
- The garage is over dominating in the street scene & over dominates with relation to the cottage. We also dislike the way the garage is built over the street. There are two window lights in the north elevation of the garage indicating rooms in the room which is not on the plan. This is one of the worst cases of flagrant disregards of the plan in an important part of the town and in the Conservation Area. We strongly recommend reverting to the original plan.
