Cllr Jearrad, Vice Chairman of Amenities, took the chair to open the meeting until Cllr Hickman attended

None received.

The Chairman arrived at 6.40 p.m. and took the chair.

 

49. Hanging Baskets

Council discussed the provision of hanging baskets for Lymington and Pennington and it was decided that the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce would do a survey of shops and businesses to gauge take up and will report at the next meeting on Monday, March 1st, 2010 at 7.00 p.m.

50. The date of the next meeting will be Monday, March 1st, 2010 at 7.00 p.m. in the Mayor’s Parlour.

 

The meeting concluded at 7.10 p.m.
